All vehicle OEM Glasses are replaced with multi-layer ballistic glass combined with polycarbonate for optimal strength. A precision framing system with secure overlaps is used to eliminate gaps and ensure comprehensive coverage for every door and window.
The entire passenger cabin is reinforced with advanced ballistic steel. This is applied within the door and cabin cavities, after which the original panels are reinstalled. This method ensures discreet integration, reduced weight, and enhanced ballistic protection.
Custom armored panels are fitted beneath the front fenders to safeguard the feet and lower body from potential threats, while maintaining vehicle durability and balance.
The vehicle’s firewall and floor are strengthened with ballistic materials to protect vital areas against external threats, ensuring maximum survivability.
Specialized armor plating is applied to the fuel tank to prevent leakage or ignition in the event of ballistic impact.
Essential systems such as the radiator, ECM unit, and brake lines are fully protected with armored shielding to ensure continuous functionality under hostile conditions.
The braking system is reinforced and upgraded to ensure reliable stopping power and responsiveness, compensating for the additional weight of the armor.
The suspension system is upgraded to withstand the increased load of the armor, maintaining vehicle stability, ride comfort, and overall performance.
Runflat insert system allows the vehicle to travel up to 50 km at 50 km/h (depending on road condition) on flattened tires. A ballistic rubberized plastic "roller" ring is designed, molded and installed inside each tire around the rim.
